About Etienne:

The sire is the Gold male in The Danish Beagle Club 2000 "DKCH OB-LA-DI's Kaj" and his grandfather is the legendary "DKCH Susquatch Acorn  Special" - one of the most winning beagles in Denmark ever. 

His mother is the beautiful show and obedience champion bitch Degnevangen Smilla.

Our favourite beagle is the classic type of hound, an excellent mover with a perfect temperament and the "sweet beagle look". We  found it all in Etienne! 

In the show ring he has really come up to our expectations with many very good results. Etienne has been Group Winner in Denmark, Sweden and Germany - and Runner up in Norway. He was BEST IN SHOW in Neumünster, Germany and qualified for Crufts 2002 as being Bundessieger i Germany 2001.

In 2002 Etienne continued his great success in the show ring. Once more he was BEST IN SHOW - this time at the international dog show in Malmo, Sweden, and more titles was won e.g Nordic Winner 2002, Danish Champion, Danish Club-Champion, German Champion, Winner Copenhagen and Bridge Winner. Besides Etienne was Silver Dog of the year 2002 in the Danish Beagle Club and Dog of the year group 6 in Sweden.

In 2003 Etienne won the titles International Champion, German VDH-Champion, Berlin Winner, Belgian Winner and Swedish Winner. Besides he was DKK Winner as the most winning beagle at the International shows in Denmark.

During 2004 and 2005 Etienne was BEST IN SHOW two more times: Sept. 2004 in Leipzig, Germany and in May 2005 one more time in Neumünster. Winning the title Leipzig Sieger and Landessieger Schleswig-Holstein for the second time, as is only won by the BIS-dog.

In 2005 and 2006 Etienne won the title Swedish Winner one more time, Norweigian Winner and Jahrhundertsieger at the German Kennel Club's Jubilee Winner Show. Besides he was Bundessieger again in 2006 and 2007 and German Clubsieger in 2007.

Etienne has been shown at Crufts in 2002, 2004 and 2007. In 2007 Etienne awarded the challenge certificate and was chosen for BEST OF BREED. The first time a non-english beagle achieved this glorious result.

Best of all he is a wonderful dog with a nice, cute temperament which he gives forward to his offspring. During the years Etienne has been the Sire of many wonderful puppies in many European countries.
